"A nice place to explore for clothing at fair prices. Its very messy at times and help is almost non-existent. Clothes can be very nice or extremely cheap looking. Great for the younger crowd."

"Horrible experience! Please teach your staff not to ask anybody about their service dog and peoples disabilities. I am in disbelief about the encounter I had today. One manager had a complaint about my service dog that literally did nothing wrong at all! The manager said that in their “rule book” it said they are required to ask for service dogs paperwork and ect…. in order for my dog to even enter the store. Which everyone know that’s obviously not true. I was embarrassed, especially because she was raising her voice at me after I told her I don’t like people knowing about my disability. She told me to get out or she’ll call security while I was trying to speak with the other manager about this unbelievable situation. I was so stressed I started to feel lightheaded as if I were about to pass out and thankfully the mall security understand me completely, helped me calm down, and were nice enough to make sure I was okay and walked me to my car to make sure nothing happened after I told them that I didn’t even want to be in the mall anymore. I even had to uber my friend to me because I wasn’t able to drive because of the state I was in. This should never happened to anyone ever!"

"In addition to the racial mishaps this company has had their jeans are poor quality. I do not shop here but my son does. He says he likes their jeans. But the last 2 pair he has gotten have ended up with significant tears in them. And for over $40 jeans you would think the quality would be better. I wash all my son's jeans the same way but for some reason the H&M jeans can't take a normal wash."
