"I ordered online a pair of shoes and matching clutch on Set 14th and paid express shipping $25. Estimated delivery was 18th of Sept. It is 20th of Sept and the package is still not picked up. It shows it was packed at alocation in Hialeah. All costumer service numbers dont work. The chat is with automated robot that keeps sending me to my order page. It is the worst experience ever! It is my first order of Aldo shoes online although I own many of their shoes bought from all over the world. But I can tell you never again! They lost a costumer. Many shoes companies have the same product with extraordinary service. I have no clue when my order will be sent, i also dont need the shoes anymore and on Sept 30th I am leaving Miami. Aldo, you dissapointed me very very very much!"

"Worst attitude and customer service I have seen in my life. The girl at the register speaks with the utmost disrespect. It seems other customers have the same issue. Shame on Aldo and the store manager. Find a better representative to face your clients and customers. I hope this lady gets fired!! Aldo company please take note and make a change! "Terrible customer service from a specific employee who refused to give her name. This employee has no absolute interest in her company selling its products, she is not properly trained to interact with customers and make their stay in the store pleasant . extremely rude. I have tried to contact the manager of that store and it has been impossible. They don't answer the phone."

"My experience has always been great,sales clerks are always ready and willing to help ,and today I was so pleasantly surprised to see the manager of the store ,approaching an employee who is very young and was crying because her mom was sick .The young manager,Isabella was very empathic and told her to have some time so she could recover ,and she even hugged her ,during times of Coronavirus offering someone support is valuable,this young manager deserves recognition,great customer service and on top of that a great manager at a young age!"

"Dirty worn shoes... had to order online because this store only had worn shoes and I received OLD DIRTY GLUEY SHOES... DIAMOND FALLING.. AND THEY ARE WOREN....
