"DISGUSTING! There’s a tall, thin, young man who claims to be a “manager”. He was beyond rude, uneducated, incompetent, lacked human decency, vile, despicable, miserable, obnoxious, inexperienced, unskilled, a disrespectful excuse for a human. Quite frankly he would be better off working with computers in a cubicle tucked alone, where he does not need to interact with people, since he CLEARLY does not know what working with the public entails. I wish I could put his name in this review but he refused to give me his name, even though he claimed to be a “manager”. I will be reporting him to Aldo, and escalating it to their HR. Do yourself a favor, you’re better off going to ANY other Aldo in Miami."

"I’ve always loved shopping at Aldo until now. I will never step foot into another Aldo store after my experience with Liz. I have never met someone so rude, inexperienced, and just downright mean in my life. She called me fat in front of my husband (which is only the bare minimum of what she said to me) and i JUST had a baby, all because I told her she handed me the wrong shoe size. I’m sorry Aldo, but you’ve lost me. As long as Liz works there, im never stepping foot into that store, and i’ll make sure none of my friends or family do either."

"I bought these sandals and after wearing them a second time the shoe broke at the seam so i promptly went to the store in international mall to return them and explain the defect. After being told to wait for the manager, the manager herself came out spoke with the employee in my face without acknowledging my presence and went back without speaking to me at all. They said the best they could do is give me credit in the moment but would not let me use the credit at a later time in case i did not like what i saw in the store. They put zero effort in helping me and over heard between the employee and the manager who were in front of me that they would fix the tear in the shoe to see if it got sold which is irresponsible and basically robbing people of their money for a bad product. I will not be shopping here again and I recommend others to not do so either due to the bad customer service and bad quality of their shoes.
