"I needed to exchange a pair of sneakers that were a gift I got that were too small so I didn’t have a receipt . I got the same sneaker 1/2 size bigger they charged me the lowest price for the ones I brought back and then regular price for the new ones instead of an even exchange. So I paid a difference of like $29.00. It’s not the $$ it’s the customer service aspect. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. After I bring in my receipt and get the difference I didn’t think this would be so hard."

"Do not come here for baseball cleats. They have no youth cleats on display. Only a couple pairs of adult. They have a whole section for football and soccer but nothing for baseball. Can’t wait for Academy to open up in SLW."
