"Are you interested in a hotel room that is so small, the only piece of furniture is your bed? Do you like to be in the Sunshine State and feel like you’re in a dark concrete box? Do you prefer that, notwithstanding the fact natural light can’t penetrate the room, loud noise should be constant (whether from drunk neighbours returning to their room at the wee hours, the nightclub next door, or incessant car horns)? Finally, for all these features, do you expect to pay top dollar? If this is you, my wife and I highly recommend the Greystone!"

"This is the spot! From the location location location, to the food, to the ADULT only vibes, to the design choices and cleanliness of the rooms, this place was amazing! From our first experience to our very last at check-out, we cant praise this hotel and their staff enough! Jordan was so attentive and friendly when checking in and was such a pleasure to see/speak with during each lobby pass-through. Nicole was amazing with helping when we chose to upgrade our room to a hot tub and outdoor shower and she took the time for us to chose exactly what we wanted. (Which HIGHLY recommend upgrading!) It is totally worth it and your room will be THE SPOT for your friends or just to enjoy with your person. The restaurant that is in the hotel was DELICIOUS and a stunning atmosphere. Jordan & Danielle was so helpful during check-out with holding our luggage while we took in the last few hours of our visit to Miami. This team made my first trip to Miami one of the best first trips to a new place. We definitely will make this a stop during our future trips to Miami! Thank you!"

"Just back from Miami Beach and our stay at the Hotel Greystone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. They've done a pretty recent renovation so things are in nice condition. Comfy beds and nice showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping outstanding. Great location, very walkable - block from the beach and right amongst shopping and restaurants. Bar and restaurant on premises. It's not the Ritz but it is a very good value."

"Stayed here before we left on a cruise- the hotel is really beautiful! Clean, peaceful, and the lounge area was moody with great live music. Food and drinks were also amazing. The bar staff heard it was our honeymoon and sent us a round of drinks which is always so nice and not expected! The staff we had contact with were the nicest people and very helpful. You even have the amenities the next day of your stay even if you’re checking out."

"I had an amazing experience at the Greystone hotel! The service was top-notch, especially the friendly staff at check-in. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Beach access was a major highlight, and despite a slightly chilly pool, it provided a relaxing atmosphere. The bar and food were fantastic, and we even enjoyed a delightful comedy show.! Outstanding service, cleanliness, beach access, pool, bar, food, entertainment—recommended gem! I wholeheartedly recommend Greystone and can't wait to return on my next visit to Miami"
