"This is a Motel 6 type hotel. It is not a luxury hotel as they claim. Services are bad and they charge too much for a night for such terrible room. Small rooms and mostly have one queen size bed. Reserved a room as a room blocked for a wedding party about 6 months in advanced for about $700/night after taxes and fees. Then found out the same room on the day we arrived is about $200. Complained about this difference and they claimed that was the rate we have negotiated for room blocked. WOW. TALKING ABOUT HIGHWAY ROBBERIES. Never Ever Again. STAY AWAY."
"Rooms were small for the price expected a little more space. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Only problem I had was the space and saw some ants on the bathroom. Besides that the location is wonderful but no parking on the hotel. Its located right on the strip and next to the beach. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beach."
"I’ve stayed when having to book a last minute spot and it’s always been solid. Simple and yet cool boho decor. Great location but since they have a restaurant/club in the building it is loud during late hours. Food at gitano was delicious and I loved walking around to grab coffee in the morning as it’s more peaceful."
"My first time leaving a Google review, because it was THAT bad. Do not stay at this hotel. Casa Faena is incredibly loud, with noise coming from the upstairs club until 3 am on both weekdays and weekends. Constant flow of very intoxicated people who are not staying on the premises. The bass reverberates throughout the rooms on the third floor, being at a constant 60 - 70 dB throughout the night. Once the club closes, they move furniture around, so it is guaranteed that you will not be able to sleep until 4 am. The staff are incredibly unhelpful about this matter and will fully ignore any requests for relocation in an incredibly rude manner. Not to mention that the downstairs cafe / restaurant is also unbelievably loud at least until midnight. The elevator to the rooms is located next to the public restaurant and the same one that goes to the club (there is only one). It does not require a room key to operate, so truly anyone can enter guest floors and linger in the lounge area outside the rooms. Very reassuring and safe when you are staying solo.... plus, the room doors are very thin and old. It takes a while to figure out the "deadbolt" as well since the lock, at least on my door, was installed very loosely. Overall, It is very overpriced for the service, safety, state of the rooms, and location. Wish I could speak to management, but there is no way to get in touch with them. Lastly, unlike all other hotels in the area, they do not have any lounge chairs on the beach. You have to request plastic portable chairs with the concierge, which they will never explicitly tell you about unless you ask for it. Please avoid this hotel at all costs."
"Great customer service. Easy check in. We came a few hours prior to check in time so the hotel stored our luggage safely until check in time. Very creative and fun environment. Lots of colours, happy and relaxed feel. Only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to have stayed for longer. 3min walk from gorgeous Miami Beach."
