"Room had a mildewy smell to it, but otherwise the room was fine. Bed was very soft and cushiony where you sink into it pretty far, so may not be great for everyone. Room service came and took our towels but didn't replace them, so had to get new towels. Bar staff clearly didn't care about their guests experience. They seemed straight out of Gordon Ramsey's hotel hell. Location was great. Right next to the trolley service. Make sure to use the app to see all the stops and not the map in the trolley or online"

"Your better off sleeping in your car. Place is riddled with mold and mildew, there is a stench like no other in both the room and hallways, blood in the bathroom, bugs literally crawling up the wall. we called the front desk to which they informed us that they have a spray on hand to spray the rooms help with the smell but you have to vacate for 30 minutes while the room airs out. checked in and left almost immediately after seeing the room. No AC and the windows don't open. There is also $100 deposit that they don't return (literally didn't even stay there for over 2 hours) and another $150 a day "resort fee" that they don't tell you about. Also the "free" street parking is pay by phone at $4 an hour and the nearby lot is $30 every 12 hours. There are nicer pay by the hour rooms nearby. The lobby of the building was filled with moldy stained mattresses and beds. These building are in such horrid disrepair that they need to be condemned. It was like a scene from the last of us."

"This has to be one of the most unsanitary hotels I have ever stayed at. Upon checking in to a room that reaked of mildew, we noticed our bedsheets and pillow covers were stained, and found a variety live and dead roaches in the room. Would not recommend anyone spending their money here."

"This place is down right horrible; if you’re thinking about booking DON’T. Customer service was terrible the room was filthy with mold in the shower and the floors feeling gritty like it’s never been cleaned before. The bed frame has a bullet hole in it. The sink is for toddlers. We asked to get a refund and they wouldn’t allow us to get money back, however they offered to clean up this room. That simply did not happen over the 3 nights we stayed not one day did someone come and clean the room to make it habitable. Oh also there’s no windows and the AC doesn’t work."

"Thee worst motel EVER! They have a different name on the place which made it super hard to find. No parking or garage attached to the building, so they directed us to a parking lot around the corner and down the street! No valet, no bellman to help with your bags, no elevators, no phones in the rooms, no room service, the entire place smell like mildew and chlorine. The room was super small, like a closest. The closest even smaller with a bar that went the wrong way in it and only 2 hangers in it so we couldn't hang anything. The temperature in the room was never correct, either too hot or cold and the box that it was in was broken. The refrigerator was a small glass box with NO shelves in it and no freezer. The bathroom was so small that the sink was placed outside of it! Happy hour is only for one hour and they only have rum. They definitely have roaches and spiders everywhere, found both of them in our bathroom. Our room was in another whole building from where we checked in at. They only changed the trash cans (which had no trash bags in it) daily despite us asking them to change our sheets and give us fresh towels as well everyday. They give you only 2 towels and no wash clothes. When we needed extra toilet tissue we had to go all the way downstairs, out of the building and around the corner to the check in building to ask for it being as though there weren't any phones. Same if you needed a microwave or to fill up your icebucket, all the way downstairs and in another building! When I would ask the guy at the front desk question about this horrible motel, he just brushed me off and really didn't care about anything I was saying. Which is why our sheets were never changed and we had to find/ get things ourselves because they didn't even have enough staff members. The front desk guy was the check in guy, the bellman and the housekeeper! Smh Worst decision ever, and I wouldn't recommend ANY ONE go there. The pictures are so deceiving and misleading that it's ridiculous! They need to take down these pictures and put up all the flaws they really have because everything was dirty and disgusting in that place!"
