"I would ask this hotel to stop letting criminals who scream at their customers and residents at the top of their lungs at 10 o’clock at night for walking their dog and making lovely couples be threatened to stop letting those kind of people stay here. I’ve called the police and it will be taken care of. otherwise, a magnificent hotel with excellent service from the staff and a police department that responds rapidly."

"Never stay here. The Uber driver warned us of the condition and security of this building however as we were stranded we had no choice but to stay there with no other reservations available. The pictures speak for themselves. Toothpaste left in the sink from the previous guest. Moldy walls all thorougt the bathroom. The door jam into the bathroom had a door sweep of collected human and pet hair. The floors were sticky and the whole place reeked of marijuana and urine. After arriving at 12am we departed at 530 after no sleep as it was physically uncomfortable to be in this hotel. After asking for our deposit back and a partial refund, we were told we would receive a call about our comment. No call, no refunds of anykind."

"Check in yesterday 02-8 after 12:00pm front desk was nice lobby area was very nice and inviting until I got on the elevator to go to the room the hallways smelled like wet dog and the carpet was dingy. Apparently the air freshener is not working. When I got in the room there was a hole in the bathroom door plus the heat did not work reported to front desk said she would send maintentance the next day next day maintenance never came. I have a 10 month old in room and it does get a chilly at night in the room. Day 2 was taking a shower and as I turned around there was a roach taking a shower also went down stairs to show the front desk clerk the video she did not offer accommodate us she said the manager will be in tomorrow if not tomorrow then Monday. Don't worry by that time I will have posted the video and made a call to Corporate. If you know this is an Extended Stay then you should be on top of your game people are cooking they have pets their staying long periods of time. What that is saying to me the Manager isn't managing."

"The front desk is very sweet and helpful, the room had a bit of an odor but that’s okay. My biggest disappointment is having to pay for dishes!!!!!!!! It’s 10000 percent not ESA policy to charge for the COMPLEMENTARY dishes but I was told we would have to pay 50$ . I would have booked another location if I knew that was the case. It comes off as false advertising!!! Honestly it ruined my entire holiday as I was planning to bring a dish to the festivities not to mention I expected to be able to cook so I did not account for the extra fees, that’s money I have to spend for dishes I WILL NOT keep being I’m flying out of state at the end of my stay. SMH!!! I feel like I honestly got robbed out my money!"

"They gave us our key at 4PM, we went up to the room and they were still cleaning (see picture). All of the hallways smelled like dirty dog and the carpets are dingy with stains (which I assume were dog pee). We also had to wait 10 minutes each time for the lady to come help us at the front desk and it was hard to hear her behind the giant glass screen. It also took about 25 minutes for us to secure a refund and they were unable to provide a receipt. Do not come here - just spend $20 more for something a little more decent."
