"Sales associates are charlatans. Zero signage indicating clearance items are non-refundable. Sales associates don’t disclose this during transactions. Doesn’t help to have it on a receipt because the transaction is already final by the time the receipt is printed. $50 wasted on a pair that was intended as a gift, but the person did not like them. This place, like many others in the outlet mall, assumes most customers are from out of town and they’ll never have to deal with them again. Hence the missing signage and poor customer service."

"They have a big selection of shoes, sandals, flip flops and accessories, but it's fairly expensive and always crowded with screaming kids."

"My experience shopping there was fine, and the products are fine, but getting home and to see charges on my receipt for a $2.99 reusable bag and 5.99 for croc shine when after purchase, the bag was handed to me with my crocs in it and then shine was shown to me and then told you get this too, (manager said because my 15% off covers for it) was deceitful and this was my 1st time ever purchasing at a crocs store. The manager said I could come back and return bag and shine, but I also don't live in the area. Customers from out of the area should be careful when purchasing from this store."

"My 1st visiting here & it was busy. The store is small, but everyone navigated through it properly. I was able to get what I needed. The checkout line wasn't busy. So, I was able to check out quickly. The cashier was very friendly & polite."
