"We started here when they first opened. And yes I understand that every new place needs to work out their kinks. But I stayed with TLC learning center as long as I could handle. After talking to the owner multiple time about the care my child was getting, it never got better. I never got a report on what my child did that, how much he slept, or what how much he ate that day. It was always just a drop here ya go. There was never professionalism there. Only the owner gave me warmth and clarification but it wasn’t enough. I picked my child up from daycare one day and he was running a 102.0 fever. I could tell instantly he wasn’t feeling good and got home to take his temp. To find out there was something definitely wrong. They obviously didn’t care enough to check his temp. Or paying him any attention to see he wasn’t normal. So many questions went through my brain. How long had he had the fever? All day.. a couple of hours.... I will never know. Things went missing out of his bag all the time. There’s no way a child can go through 15+ diapers a day... I try to keep extra in the bag for when I pick my son up and need to run errands or just have dinner with my family. But I always found myself having to go home because I didn’t have the supplies I needed just to have dinner with my family."
