"I booked the room because of the location and I was on a budget. The room reeked of chlorine. The tub was stained. The trim in the bathroom looked like it had been chewed. The latch on the bathroom door was broken. The phone was filthy. I didn't see any bugs. Room #139. The staff was helpful and polite."
"We where in town for a comedy show on Jan. 12 thru 14, 2024. This hotel was chosen because of its location. I was absolutely disgusted with the hotel and room. Attached are photos that was taken immediately upon entering. The phone didn't work, going to the front desk wasn't any help, as I was told I would need to wait for housekeeping. That message to housekeeping was not relayed as they never came to the room the entire weekend. The bathroom was similar to an outhouse. YUCKkkkk!!! Took a shower with Crocs on and laid on top of the covers the entire weekend. Walls had holes, this was like a trap house!! The thermostat did not work. I will NEVER frequent nor recommend this establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere...This hotel needs to be demolished then rebuilt ."
"First they gave us the wrong room number. At 2am we had to walk back to the front desk to fix the room key just to find out we are actually assigned to another room. The room looked decent but when we walked in it took my breathe away and not in a good way. It was so stuffy and smelled like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in years. I could barely breathe the whole night"
"Not a bad hotel but when we first arrived and checked in the room we were given was in complete disarray. No linen on the beds and had obviously not been cleaned yet. The front desk was very apologetic and got us in a clean room quickly."
"As a Realtor, I used to send folks over here when something would happen with their house. (Pipe leaks, closing delays, etc.) I won't do that again. The room was filthy. I took my own cleaner in and scrubbed the slippery, greasy, dirty film off of the floor and wiped the grime off of the bathroom door and door trim, and gave the shower good wipe down (which it needed). The one thing I can say is that there were no bedbugs or signs of them anywhere but the rest of the room was pretty gross and unclean when I walked in but I just cleaned it and laid down. I had been through so much with my house falling through and I had secured another home and knew that I'd have possession in just a few more days so I toughed it out. The breakfast was decent, though - so there's that. This hotel was great during COVID when friends stayed there while visiting. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and there weren't a lot transients and vagrants living on site. Wish I could say the same for what I recently experienced!"
