"Traveled due to family reasons. Disaster from start. The bed was disgusting and so was the bathroom. I showed video of hairs and random objects in the bed to front desk Neesha. She was indifferent as she stated "we are booked. We can refund your money, give you some points and you can stay somewhere else". I ended up cleaning and changing the sheets myself. I had to be with my family early morning. Told her I will NOT pay a dime for this place and will check out in the morning. Called cooperate, sent video and pics to them. They stated they would investigate. Still haven't heard anything from them. I will be disputing the charges with cc and trying to encourage my company to discontinue our relationship with Hilton. The service, quality and standard are well below subpar. You would be better off at a Holiday Inn or any basic accommodation."

"The hotel is in a good quiet location and close to the airport. The check-in went smooth other than having to ask for the complimentary water that is normally offered to us due to our membership status. Not a big deal. When we turned in for the night, we noticed the rooms water would not get hot after it ran for a few minutes. Since it was slightly warm (at the beginning) we decided to push through, only to find out (after the 2nd shower) that there would be no hot water (not even after the 4th shower). The next morning, there was still no hot water after running for minutes. The front desk was contacted, and they (will keep the name to myself) stated that there was only 1 hot water heater on the first floor. Also, due to the baseball teams and cheering squads that were staying at the hotel, it would take a while before the hot water reached the higher floors (we were on the 3rd). This was very hard to believe as the hotel didn't seem to be at capacity from the number of people we encountered in the halls and lobby. Guess everyone checked in and went straight to the showers for the remainder of the night. I would advise anyone looking to stay here to get a room on the first floor if you would like to take a hot or warmer shower. Not to mention the flickering light near the closet area that was straight out of a horror movie. It would have been nice to have received some type of compensation for this (or even an apology), especially if they KNEW the water did not get hot on the higher floors. Instead, we were basically told to wait, and it would eventually get hot. As if we hadn't been waiting for hot water since the previous night."

"*** work truck stolen from parking lot *** Be careful while staying at this hotel , be aware there are no cameras on side doors . My work truck and tools were stolen from this location. This with security on site ! I lost everything on Dec 16 , never heard from them since"

"Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room service barely cleans your room. The water is ice cold. I called several times throughout my stay and I was told it was fixed everytime, but it wasn’t. Staff doesn’t seem to care about your complaints they just give you an excuse and give the (it’s not my job not my problem attitude) do t stay here unless you want to experience ice cold showers and dirty rooms."

"This is a good hotel. My room was clean, the facilities were clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast is decent. They had pre-packaged omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. My only complaint is that the body wash ran out in my shower on my last night. It was never refilled prior to my arrival. Overall, I would still book here again if I'm back in the area."
