"Do not stay here at all costs... The non smoking rooms wreak of cigarettes and people are parting in the parking lots and outside their rooms smoking weed as if it's perfectly legal. This hotel allows drug dealers to sit in their cars in the parking lot and deal from it. I stopped counting how many roaches are in this place. They are now under new management buts it's gotten worst since. Now they seem to think they are vegas and can change ridiculous fees like damage deposits on rooms already damaged. Non smoking rooms that people obviously smoked in and guess what? You don't get your deposit back even if you don't even smoke. They offered me a lease first saying they had 1 week, 1 month and 6 month leases. They send me the lease to sign and it's in room 305 they don't have a third floor. Once u started complaining all of a sudden the rate they sent me in an actual lease I was just about to sign changed from $1000 a month to $1554. The deposit went from $200 to $500 and the fact they have the nerve to even think to charge a pet fee in a roach infested, smoke filled, broken ice machines, broken laundry room, you have to buy your own remote control for the TV if you plan to use it. Each staff member you speak to all Give different answers. The incompetence in this "new management" staff is well below a 4th grade level and so is their education level. They take advantage of unknowing people who aren't smart enough to smell through their bate and switch tactics. I can't say this enough, pay a little more elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER.... Nothing here works but yet you are paying for them. The entire staff are rude and uncaring. They are having to old carpets pulled in the interior of the motel whoch is causing a severe safety hazard being they seem to be using 1 guy and he's the lowest bidder. STAY AWAY unless you smoke Crack then this is the place for you."

"I have been leasing with stayable suites. The hotel has fantastic potential and the wrk that's being put into in it. You can see they really are putting in care. The hotel manager ms. Christie is awesome. She has had the property cleaned up outside and in.She is friendly and always on the job! She even made it feel safer at our hotel by hiring a security guard..The staff are kind especially ms Danni. She is kind ,thorough and does her job with care. Fantastic customer service! The laundry room needs to be bigger and better machines. However The only issue I can say about the hotel is need more for people to do. Like maybe a picnic area outside with a grilling station or a fenced in dog park! Maybe a small playground for children with swings. But other then this really cool historical place.!:)"

"Was not even there for more than 10 minutes maxed before we returned our key cards to just walk down the road to Holiday Inn Express. Just simply after leaving the lobby it hadn’t even looked like the carpet was ever vacuumed in years. Most rooms didn’t even have blinds nothing but a sheer curtain. Our room specifically was hit in the face with cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. Hair over everything. Bugs on the ground. Hand prints on every item. Walls colored on. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Was just completely unacceptable, and not sure how that building is still standing. Would not recommend to anyone whether it was $5 a night."
