"This was my second time coming to this foot locker to recieve the same behavior, disgruntled workers who DONT want to be there or work, the first time I went there my son had to use the bathroom and they lied to us saying they didn't have one...The second time,no help at all, 3 employees were busy talking to the mail lady and on their phone instead of helping out the customers and the cashier lady with a price, they ended up trying to charge us an online ridiculous price for some crocs when they were having a sale on all crocs for $29.99, the crocs we had didn't have a tag what so ever, the cashier lady didn't even bother to try to help us with it, not even the lazy workers who were busy chatting with the mail lady. Never again at this location where I will waste my time ever again, go some where else where people care about their job and what they signed up for, if not QUIT YOUR JOB so someone who wants to work can take your spot!!!"

"Great place to buy, brand name sneakers. They always run sales. Prices are very reasonable. Customer care good. Management is great. They carry lots and lots of, different styles, and brands of sneakers, for boys and girls. They sell socks as well. And they do also have, some sportswear. Clothing. They also sell hats. All sports related. Located within 163rd Street Mall. Lots and lots of parking at this mall. Good place to shop. There never really busy during the early morning hours and early afternoon. Disability parking is located on both sides of the mall. There are two entrances. Nike AR, on sale right now. Including Puma as well. If you enjoyed this review. Please give me a thumbs up. "I called this store yesterday Aug 12 at 3:56 right before they was closing to ask if they had this specific brand of shoe and size for my child because my town was all sold out the worker said yes so today Aug 13 I decided to drive all the way from my hometown in broward 40 mins from this location and while I was driving I called them at 10am the very time that they open just to confirm that they still had the shoe and to save myself a blank trip but I got no answer I called about 7-10 times the line was either busy and or they just let the phone rang like how busy could you be the store JUST OPENED so I took it upon myself to continue on the trip off of faith that they’ll have the shoe! Made it at 10:35am, walked inside seen the shoe but they didn’t have my child size now gas and my time was wasted and I’m very disappointed"

"On 8/11/2017 I went into this footlocker location for back to school trying to purchase shoes for my son. The shoe that I wanted they didn't have in his size so a store associate named Gabriel said that he can order it online for me. He found the shoe online at a lower cost than the in store price and still rang me up for the in store price. He handed me the receipt and I asked to speak to a manager and he goes onto explain that he didn't realize that the online price was better. He gets the manager and all customer service goes out the window. When an issue arises the manager is supposed to give some type of resolve or solution, which was not at all done here. I explained to her the issue and that I just needed a price adjustment. She didnt greet me with a smile or did she have an eagerness to help fix the problem. She didn't apologize on her associates behalf or the inconvenience. She came out with an attitude and seemed like she was bothered to even have to deal with the problem period. Before I could even finish telling her what happened she just proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do which was extremely rude. Instead of her trying to find me a solution I found myself doing her job for her which blows my mind. Everytime I asked her what could be done she kept giving me the run around. Finally i asked if when the shoe got to the store would they be able to do a price adjustment than and she answers back maybe! This woman should not be managing or supervising any store or anyone for that matter. She has no leadership skills at all. At this point I just want to cancel my order and get a refund. They proceed to call customer service to do so. Apparently since the transaction was already done they couldn't cancel my order or issue a refund until the shoe got to the store. At least that's what Gabriel told me. And mind you this was all a matter of mins. So I waited a week to call the store to see if the shoe had arrived and it hadn't reached. At this point it is 8/18/2017. So I called customer service to find out the order had been cancelled. I never got any notice of this and was never issued a refund?? They told me the refund was issued 8/14/2017. It is now 8/25/2017 and guess what I still have no refund. I'm still on a run around with them over the phone for my refund!! Worst experience I've ever encountered in retail ever! If I could've given zero stars to this location I would've."
