"Location is nice the view is ok the water is great but the ripped up trees and mud look sad. The rooms are comfortable and clean it was nice having a kitchen. Super cute coffee shop downstairs and close to interesting restaurants and 5th Ave if you want to go shopping. A lot of creeps hang out here though. Like, no lie."

"Horrible experience! I was booked to stay at Gardenia House from March 5th thru March 13th. First of all, after I had already flown to Naples from the Northeast and was having lunch prior to checking in, I got a text from the proprietor (Diane) saying that she had made a mistake, had double booked my room, and that I couldn't check in until the next day. She claimed she would give me a 2 night credit to compensate. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel room for the night (at about 2x the cost!). Now, months later, I have still not gotten my refund, and when I try and text Diane, she ignores me. I tried to call, and her mailbox is full. Not the way to run a business! Then, during my stay the AC went out. Luckily, they were able to bring in 2 window AC units so the room was tolerable. AVOID!!!"

"We had a great stay. The house is lovey and very clean. The ladies that run it are very friendly. Great location. Close to everything. We will definitely be back. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed relaxing."

"My family and I stayed at the Gardenia House in January for a much needed escape from the cold Illinois weather. The property is nestled in a quaint canal that’s incredibly relaxing. There is a coffee shop with delicious smoothies. The property has a new pool, outdoor seating, picnic tables, swinging chairs, and a boar dock. There is live music in walking distance with many restaurant options nearby. The owner and manager are always available, and they went out of their way to make certain our stay was comfortable. A++ I plan to book another trip to the beautiful Naples and The Gardenia Place!!"

"Beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean and very comfortable... A home away from home! On Naples Bay canals, only a short paddle to open bay.. enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs, having coffee in a swing by water, and sitting on porch watching sunset at night.. would definitely stay here again!!"
