"This a great place to stay! We extended our stay 4 times! We would’ve loved to stay longer, but a family booked the all the rooms. Beautiful breeze and view. Anand was very accommodating and more than friendly. His mom was very pleasant as well. Your are not just a guest the treat you as family. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a hidden gem. You don't think it has much to offer when you first arrive but when you walk to the backside, the view is unbelievable! This place sits right on the water and has a covered sitting area with a Tae and chairs. It also has a BBQ that you have access to. There is a fishing oier/boat dock and 3 other picnic tables, not covered. There was also plenty of lighting to sit outside at night. The rooms are small but equipped with everything you need and the owners are amazing! They made us feel welcomed and at home. They would walk up to us just to see how we were doing and if there was anything they could get us. The only issue I had was the best was extremely hard but that did not warrant me giving them less than 5 stars! These owners take care of the property and you as their guest. Truly a wonderful place and I cant wait to go back!"

"I stayed here on my birthday November 10th and really enjoyed the location, the room was very clean and tidy, the owners hospitality was awesome. I am coming back to Cape Coral this thanksgiving and staying again. I definitely recommend if you are a tourist or just want a very beautiful, quiet place to stay. Definitely a Memorable place to enjoy. Great atmosphere and wonderful waterfront motel."

"Knolls court is definitely the best motel in the Matlacha area. I stay there every time I am on the island. I guess new owners took over a few years ago and really turned it around. They remodeled it and grounds. It’s family owned by a mother and son. They really live by the code that there are no customers, only guests in their home. I am always treated as family. Service is prompt. All rooms are always clean, fully stocked with towels and soap, they really set a high standard."
