"You're paying to have access to their private beach. Each unit is privately owned, so each is decorated differently. I have stayed in Unit 5 the last 4 years and always found a roach or three crawling around the utensil drawers and/or the oven. It's not the cleanest or the best decorated, but the view of the beach and Gulf is great."
