"I shop at this store quite often but this was the first time I had a problem. I followed one of the store employees after she left the ladies room and was disgusted by what I saw. The toilet was full of toilet paper and feces. When I tried to flush the handle was broken. I went to the men’s room and it was disgusting as well. Toilet was filthy and the garbage can had tissue in it with feces on it. I wish I could send the pictures so you could see how nasty it was. I mentioned this to the cashier who told me they are aware of the problem and have called to have it fixed. She said they were having to flush the toilets manually in the tank itself. If they are aware of the problem then why did the other employee not flush and why was there not an out of order sign on the door???"

"Actually surprised that I was able to hit a jackpot the day I went . It's a hit or miss on good deals and certain styles but overall it's a good store. Nice staff and clean."

And they exactly what i wanted and cashier was fantastic . i believe her name was Mandy or muna . kinda hard to hear with the masks.she was so friendly and as happy for me as i was for me because i have gone all over Jacksonville. This is were i found it .and made new friends. Thank you."

"This location is ugly and dirty. Poor selection. It's a dump compared to the Bealls just a few blocks north in regency (which is also kind of frumpy but not as bad as this one). Attentive and helpful customer service, at least."
