"Pool in condo area was cold all week. Filter was clogged so no flow. Quick fix if properly diagnosed. The office imagines the heater is " broken"."

"Please read this to the end. Everything but the service is great. The view, the rooms, everything. I don't like how they blamed us for leaving trash everywhere when we were leaving. We picked up the trash in our room and put it the trash can the night before. They also blamed us for the closet door that was broken before we even walked into the room, we just simply placed the door on the wall to get it out of the way and forgot to put it back when we were leaving. They also blamed us for the curtain rod that was broken and not correctly placed due to hurricane damage repairs. They billed us money to replace it and we haven't paid it because they are jumping to conclusions. Please, anybody, address this to someone so that they can fix their mistakes."

"We’ve been coming here for several years and there is so much I love about it - it’s beautiful, quiet, relaxing, family friendly, well maintained and the staff I’ve encountered have always been kind. But the reason I’m just now writing a review is because on this years trip I discovered that you can get a massage here! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I didn’t even need to leave the resort. Karen, the massage therapist, was wonderful! One more thing I love about Palm Island now :)"
