"When I tell you I went to the cosmetic department to get some perfume for my friend and myself. The Manager was so helpful. She took her time with me and explained the different scents and her opinions. The first day I didn’t buy anything but when I came back 2 days later I purchased 3 things and told my friends to come there. I will be back and thank you for making my shopping experience amazing."

"I have always loved going to Penny's but over the last several years this store and I would have to say that all stores have really declined in quality and selection. Unless you pay high dollar for your clothes it's not going to last very long. But I guess that is the whole point. Keep the buyer coming back and buying and spending more. I have clothes that I have bought 20 years ago and they are still holding up. But now if you buy anything from them it will probably not last 2 years."

"Being called the day before my family portrait session and being told to arrive 15mins early, so we do so just to wait 1 hour past our appointment time. Then once we we were re done with our pictures to sit and wait another 1 hour to review and pay for the digital album that i initially requested is absolutely ridiculous. This delayed set my entire road trip back which lead to me returning my rental vehicle later than expected. So disappointed in Jcpenney. If you guys can't handle the holiday hustle and bustle how about trying not to be so greedy and not overbooking."

"Two African American girls that work in customer service are the most incompetent and unprofessional duo I’ve ever encountered. (one with purple hair and the other with glasses) One didn’t know what she was doing and I heard the other one SIGH when I walked in. Yes you have a customer now and it’s time to work. Unbelievable! Clearly she doesn’t realize that customers pay her salary. Without customers she doesn’t have a job. Those two should be FIRED ASAP because they don’t want to work. They want to get paid for doing absolutely nothing."
