"Soon as I came in the employee greeted me which already showed positive energy. I needed help finding a shirt to go with these pants and the store manager came over and helped me because I have a very specific style. Will definitely recommend this store for some nice clothing for the weather and great customer service."
"Horrible customer service. Emily and the store manager are very unhelpful and lack good customer service. They sold me a shirt full of holes because of the tags they removed when I was checking out and refused to even exchange it for a shirt that doesn’t have holes because I lost my receipt. I threw my receipt away because I wasn’t planning on returning as I never return anything. They both talked to me as if I was an ignorant person and were condescending, mind you I am a bank manager and have a masters degree, $10 isn’t going to kill my pocket, I’ll donate it and move on. But will never give you my business ever again"

"I'm a huge fan of Charlotte Russe because of the prices, deals and cute clothes. I was able to find few outfits that I really love thanks to the manager Gaby. She was amazing! Gaby was willing to help as soon as I walked through the door and I felt welcomed. Gaby is personable and so friendly. We were able to connect and have a fun conversation. Make sure to shop here for any cute tops and outfits. I'll definitely be going back."
