"Awful customer service. As someone who has experience in customer service and retail, I was baffled by how rude the employees were. It is one thing to not greet or offer customers help (our group was the only one in the store), but the employee actually scowled at me for asking to check out after I stood in line for a long moment and could clearly tell she was ignoring me. The horrible customer service is not worth shopping here."

"I had a problem with an order that I made online, the girl kindly told me to go when the supervisor was there because they couldn't find my order, and yesterday I went and the supervisor was super hateful, she breathed deeply as if she were telling lies and a super bad treatment at the end of my order he was just not doing his job well. and neither an apology nor a thank you nor bye he just threw the bag and left. super rude and impolite."

"I love coming into this carters because everybody is always so nice and cordial and welcoming and helpful. it isn't every day that you can walk into an establishment and find that people are just genuinely nice to you. I always feel very welcomed and that makes me want to bring my daughter in there so that we can find her nice clothes to wear. She's growing up so fast and I love knowing that they're going to be nice well made clothing that is also fashionable for her to wear at any time. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of finding the right thing for her. The employees that weren't there are always welcome to help any way that they can and sometimes I do have questions concerning whether or not the item that I have chosen would be right for my daughter. We look forward to spending many dollars and many years in the future with Carter's."
