"Hotel in an good location, spacious rooms equipped with classic comforts. Price in line with Tampa averages. Good Breakfast. A complimentary bottle of water in room would have been very welcome especially if, as in my case, you arrive late at night directly from the airport. In my opinion the training of receptionist staff needs to be improved. I found them not at all informed about what to do or where to go in Tampa and, furthermore, not very cooperative. For personal reasons, I needed a paper copy of the receipt at check out. The receptionist I turned to replied that he could not provide it. Only following my insistence and the intervention of a second receptionist was I given the copy."

"It was such a joy to stay at this hotel. Service was outstanding. The staff were so attentive. There was one minor issue with the room. But they moved me to a nicer room and helped me carry everything to my new room and refused a gratuity. Rare service in today’s world."

"Got in pretty early for check in and they offered to hold out bags but then they found us rooms right away! Front desk employees were super nice and helpful, especially Owen. Rooms are very nice and super clean. The infinity pool is stunning and its on the 6th floor so it has a great view also. They also have the free shuttle to the cruise port. If we ever cruise from Tampa again we will definitely stay here the next time."

"Super clean, friendly and convenient to cruise port. Free shuttle included with stay however we just walked to cruise port. Rooms are very clean and whole place felt recently renovated. Plus has a free breakfast buffet. Very good value."
