"The location is great right by the highway!! I love how attentive the staff is and they are so sweet the customer service is amazing! Thank You Lina for always welcoming us with open arms she is amazing she is very nice and sweet I will definitely be coming more often!"

"Terrible Experience for 4 People: I tell you what my case was: I received terrible attention from a girl on the shift on December 30 at approximately 6:20 pm when I wanted to ask her for 2 towels for my room since she only had 2 large towels and there were 4 of us in the reservation and he told me that he couldn't give them to me, I had to explain to him that I needed them because there were 4 of us who had booked and he very reluctantly gave me 2 more, then came the part where I needed 2 additional blankets (because each bed only includes 1) and there were 2 of us per bed and he told me that he definitely couldn't give me the blankets and he told me “You can go to Walmart and buy blankets” wow I was amazed at this bad moment. The attention on her part was HORRIBLE, the next day she told the “manager” about the case and she told me that they do not provide additional blankets and for towels you have to bring the used ones so that they can give you others WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE . In conclusion: if it is a reservation for 4 and they are not couples, it is a Terrible experience that I do not recommend on this site. Terrible attention and very bad service."

"Rooms were simple and totally fine for a quick stay. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but the customer service was ridiculous. Told we had to come to desk to swap out for clean towels , went twice and no one at desk. Called and asked for a blow dryer and was told they didn’t think they have one, and I’d get a call back in just a minute (!(no call back) Was told breakfast would be 6:30-9 in lobby and there was only refrigerated packaged hard boiled eggs and I think some instant oatmeal. I knew it wasn’t going to be 5 star stay but was at least hoping for the basics."

"Management at this extended stay is horrible. My son and I were profiled our entire stay. The general manager acts like a Pitbull and a skirt towards the wrong people. Word of mouth is everything and I would never recommend any of my family members or anyone I know to stay at this location. And to make matters even worse, when my son try to rebook a room for another night. The assistant manager lied to him and told him there were no rooms available and when we went on their website there were plenty of rooms. It's our choice if we choose to book on the third party site to get a cheaper rate and if management feels some type of way about it then they should be able to match the price to keep the customer happy. After reading a few reviews I see I'm not the only one who had a bad experience here."
