"Where do I start? This place is very unprofessional. The staff is lazy and they all have very poor communication. They drug their fish and is very unsanitary. I wouldn't recommend you buy fish from this place and if you're thinking about working there then Good Luck."

"When Segrest was owned by Elwin Segrest, it was a great business, but since Central Pets took over, they have closed their saltwater Tampa facility and the quality of fish coming out of Atlanta is poor at best. I ordered 10 Yellow Coris Wrasses, and 6 were DOA, with three more dying in the next two days. I will be forced to buy from other vendors."

"After 1 order that mostly died in quarantine in the first 48 hours, I gave then a pass, but the next 2 orders had the same result so I call to ask questions . I was told they keep all their community fish in cold water (71) to avoid bacteria growth. That should tell you enough. No other supplier does this, no retail stores would do this, and no educated hobbyists would do this. I was told I would get a call back from customer service and from their “lab tech” and never received the call. Buy from them at your own risk. No longer will segrest farm fish be sold in my store."

The guide was friendly and answered all of our questions, even if that meant asking other people when she didn't know the answer. We got to see all kinds of fish: both freshwater and marine. We got to see corals and other invertebrates, too. If you get the chance to go, do!"
