"We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience.The room was clean, comfortable mattresses and clean bed linen. The breakfast was very good, my son was delighted with the waffles he made himself. Everything was very clean in the breakfast area, the young man cleaned everything without stopping, made sure that there was enough of everything. A good place, I'll be happy to come back again."
"The hotel was in a good location but the self titled General Manager Michelle was overtly rude and displayed extreme disdain when she called to confirm my reservation. The hotel was apparently overbooked and I assume she wanted to give away my room so she called claiming there was no card on file even though there were two on file with the account. I was treated so grotesquely by Michelle over the phone that I would never stay at this location again and I would warn others not to stay either if they have to deal with her on any level. She even went so far as to prevent me from requesting a digital key so instead of the convenience of just going to my room after hours upon hours of travel I still had to stop a the front desk and go through additional steps that were unnecessary. I’ve never had this issue at any Hilton location. The other staff members were pleasant but not enough to make up for Michelle’s bad taste stained in my mouth."
"I would definitely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were very cleaned and updated. I appreciated the bright lighting in the hallways and outside in the parking lot for added safety. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and gas stations for easy convenience of food, gas and other items."
"Update*** no one EVER reached out to me or returned my phone call from this company and also if a pest control company would have came out, I would not have posted this review. Y’all are being very dishonest. I’ve now attached pictures of my claims, which you can notice the distinct flooring. Me and my daughter stood here for Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour and stood here about 1 month ago for 2 nights. Hotel is centrally located. I’ve contacted the hotel on 2 occasions before completing the survey they emailed me. I have not received a return call. My review is below…. The hotel was modern and a smaller Hilton brand hotel. We are a Hilton family, as my uncle retired from the chain about 3 years ago. The grounds are nice and maintained. We checked in later than expected due to issues with our rental car at the airport. We got to the hotel at about 9 and they lady at the desk was mediocre at best. Went to the room and it was nice and clean and right near the elevator. We had no problems with noise, being so close to the elevator. The 2 queen beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall the look of the room was nice and clean. I did my usual self cleaning because my daughter was with me. We really appreciated hot water, but didn’t appreciate the sporadic running toilet. Even with the bathroom door closed we still heard it as the AC cycled off. I woke up around 5 and noticed a small roach in the bathroom. I noticed the front desk as we started our day. They said they would put some insecticide in the room, I declined because I had my daughter with me and hoped it was a 1 time thing, especially being that we did not eat/leave food in the room. That night it rained at the concert and we came in around 12-1am and saw 3 small roaches on the wall as we entered our room. I wanted to request a room change but was so aggravated after being caught in the rain that we just stood there for our final night. We checked out the next morning and I brought it to the front desks attention (a foreign man). He was very nonchalant about this. Upon leaving out, they kept the breakfast open for us, so that we could grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. I really appreciate this courtesy because they were cleaning up/closing it up. The front desk manager was amazing!! He was very personal and he was great. I appreciate his hospitality and overall kindness. I won’t stay here again due to the roaches and management’s inability to provide customer service."
"I stayed at this location for a two week training class taking place at the hotel. I can‘t say enough about Scottie Guess the Front Office Manager. He went out of his way to make things amazing!!!!!!!! He is a very very hard worker and super friendly. He always has a smile on his face and wanted your stay to be pleasurable. He is an invaluable employee to the company. If I owned my own company I would hire Scottie without a doubt. I apologize that I didn’t have the female day manager’s name with the amazing eyes. She was very very kind and made the stay very pleasant as well."
