"This hotel was amazing! It was so nice to have everything right there. Provided transport to and from the parks. The rooms were spacious and clean! The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially with everything they have to deal with all day long. Kindness goes a long way, it's not hard to be kind. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was great, super friendly & helpful! The resort showed some signs of wear. They were refreshing some paint while we were there. The room was fairly a small footprint for my family of 3. But with a good amount of storage shelving in the vanity area, that was nice!"

"Service is amazing, all staff ensure guests are always happy! Great location, near parks etc. Stayed in a value hotel as child is a little older and we'll be at the hotel less. One thing I struggle with is the amount of fried food, but I guess this is what the kids want and will eat. So no complaints! Rooms ok, very clean just smaller than I would have liked."

"Just got back from our stay for the first time. 1. Rooms appear to be clean. Here's the deal. There was something with a hair stuck to the wall of the shower when we arrived. It was never cleaned off the whole week. 2. The bath towels smell like diesel fuel. 3. I never saw any staff coming or going from the rooms with clean or dirty sheets. I only saw garbage bags. No carts with cleaning supplies like you would see in a hotel. 4. The food prices are sky high. Breakfast is average $14-20 per person. Scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, two slices of bacon, and a dry waffle or pancake. Pizza crust is hard and dry. In all, nothing but cafeteria food. My husband bought a rice krispie treat. This thing was gross, looked odd, and tasted rancid. 5. The staff at the front desk is wonderful, but the wait to talk to them can be long. 6. If you happen to be there during cheer competition, you will be awakened in the early hours by large groups of cheerleaders practicing quite loudly in the courtyard. 7. In all, a glorified motel. Not Disney quality."

"The room was spacious and clean. The pocket doors for the bathroom and wash area are great! Loved the good size table and 2 chairs in the room. We had a preferred room in the 60s section so we were close to the lobby and the sky liner. It is true that you can hear toilets/ showers/ and the hair dryer in neighboring rooms, however we both slept well and the sounds didn't bother us."
