"Saratoga Springs is an awesome Disney resort. The room was recently redone, and our one bedroom suite could easily sleep 5. There was a king bed, double Murphy bed, and a single Murphy bed. The staff were great and we had no issues with our stay. They had housekeeping reps at the bus stop who were checking to make sure we didn't need anything. We told them we needed coffee and voila it was there when we got home from the park. We took full advantage of the boats to Disney Springs as well as walking across. It is a super short walk from the Congress Park area that we were staying at. The quick serve was perfect, and we found it to be a good place to hang out before and after the parks. The food was pretty basic but we never felt the need to go anywhere else. We also ate their pizza quite often as it is the best pizza I've had on Disney property. There is a drawback to this resort that will most likely lead to us not staying here again. The busses were not the best. The drivers were always great, but we found that they were more crowded than what we are used to, and the time driving inside the resort sometimes topped 10 minutes or more. We have stayed at other resorts during busy times and have not seen anything like this. We were the 4th stop coming back and the second last to be picked up."
"Wonderful resort. Super nice and spacious rooms. Daily housekeeping. Above and beyond service. Excellent breakfast. Close to bus stop. Nice pools w ample lifeguards for the kids. Great people. Just watch out walkways in halls outside of rooms have wet floors from rain and condensation can be dangerous and slippery. Other than that it was super!!!"
"We stayed here for a quick overnight prior to our flight. I haven’t been here since before the pandemic and sorry to say the place looked a little tired. They used to have gorgeous bedding and now it looks like a cruise ship- all white and nondescript. What happened to the rugs in the living room? It looks so barren. The washer and dryer didn’t work well and took nearly 6 hours to wash and dry a small load of clothing. I’m usually not one to complain but some of the luster has come off this. … and it’s my home resort! The check in was terrific and all staff were great. Excellent location to Disney Springs."
"I really liked the room we had. There was a kitchen, with all the kitchen essentials, beds for everyone (the Murphy beds were so much better than any futon couch bed), and nice bathrooms. My only complaint would be that the shower was a little weird. Overall, the room was clean and well-stocked, the transportation was perfect for what we needed, and the grounds were well-kept. Pools and food were closeby. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it!"
"This was a first staying at Saratoga Springs for us. It’s on the inexpensive side compared to other resorts but I think that’s only cause it isn’t as extravagant as the other resorts. No fancy lobbies, and all the buildings are spread out. It’s nice to get up and walk around the lakes and such on the loads of walking paths. Everything is well maintained. The reason for 4 stars is because it’s almost too spread out. We had to walk our bags for about a 15 minute walk to our building from the main drop off. Not horrible, but I could see little kids, older people, or anybody that struggles with a walk having some complaints. The pool we went to had good food and drinks at the pool bar. The location next to Disney Springs is GREAT. By far one of the best things about this resort. You can take a boat, or even walk back and forth. We ended up walking back and forth for meals and to go shopping. Overall, nice resort without a lot of the frills of others on the property. It’s not close to any of the parks but the Disney World buses are always running and only 10-15 min to parks using that."
