"Rooms are small and dated. Bathroom was also tiny. Fortunately , it was inverted renovation so perhaps will improve. That said, the rooms will still be cramped. Employees were friendly and helpful."

"We spent a night before a recent flight home. Everything was fine, rooms are a little tired, until we woke up to shower and there was no running water. That was certainly a disappointing morning. I realize that there is a possibility that it was not the hotels fault (can’t speak to the maintenance programs for Hampton inns) but should have received some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience having no water meant to our travel day. We paid a pretty significant amount for this room so therefore the low rating."

"Overpriced, old and weary looking hotel. The rooms were clean, but other than that it wasn't a very nice hotel. Unless you want something close to the airport, it's a terrible area. The rooms loo like they haven't been upgraded in decades. The elevator doesn't operate well. Overall, I would not recommend this property."

"The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's an older property but clean. Offers the standard Hampton Inn breakfast. The gym is very small. One treadmill and NO WEIGHTS. I couldn't do my normal routine, and working out is the most important to me."

"Haven’t had customer service like this in a long time!! They got us into a room at 10am because we landed early, they kept the kitchen open for a couple extra minutes so we could eat and overall just great people! They have shuttles to/from the airport and the cruise terminals. I will definitely be staying here on any future trips to Tampa!"
