"My family and I stayed at this property back in December 2023. The location is about 40 minutes from the parks so if you are trying to find a hotel next to Disney World, this may not be the hotel for you . The good part about the location of the hotel is that it is located directly across the street from a Walgreens pharmacy so if you wanna go out later at night to get some snacks or medication, you won’t have to go far. You should be warned that this resort/hotel does not have someone working the front desk 24 hours I got there at the hotel at 11 o’clock at night and I had to go to security to get my room key. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that did not have someone at the front desk to check in guest whenever they arrive. There was a an issue with my room, a mixup that was not at the fault of my family, but the fault of the hotel staff. The rooms are beautiful. We were given a four bedroom condo when we requested and reserved for a two bedroom condominium. The hotel front desk staff was unapologetic try to accuse me of wrongdoing, and when they found out that the wrongdoing was on the hotel’s end ,they did not issue an apology. They just blew it off as if nothing happened. I found the front desk staff to be extremely rude and unhelpful. Keep this in mind when staying at this hotel. The pool is small and dingy looking did not look inviting. There’s not much to do on the resort, however the housekeeping staff was very nice and pleasant..The rooms are beautiful. Proceeded with caution."

"Beautiful property, rooms are nice, clean, comfy, and very spacious. Pool area is really nice, has hot tub, beach entry into pool, deck area with patio tables and chairs, ping pong, corn hole, game room, pool table room, gym, and movie theater. Nice views over the lake and can see Disney fireworks if clear night. Smaller property, only two buildings of rooms. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Very well kept and quiet. Will stay again. Update: Stayed a second time with more family members and everything was just as great as the first time. Will definitely be back."

"Wonderful hotel! Location is perfect close to theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Rooms are very clean and feels like a home away from home. Pool is perfect for little ones to walk directly into the pool with zero entry. Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!"

"Perfect place for stay-cation! I didn't have a chance to take pictures of our room but it was nice and spacious! Great place to stay with friends & family! The unit we had is clean and they have good amenities. Given a chance, I would love to go back!"

"Best beds/pillows of any resort we have stayed. Impeccably clean. Supplied with above usual quality pots/pans/utensils. Had a midweek cleaning no extra charge. Even the screened porch was clean with a nice table and chairs. Full size laundry in unit and a pantry. Nice pool and fitness center. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful."
