"We have only ever been inside the main building where The Chateau Restaurant is located but have been outside at their pool area which is really nice. A great location for this place, easy to get to all the shops, bars and restaurants. There is the trolly stop out front which is very good for those wanting to use the local trolly for getting around. This location is right at the harbor with beautiful views of the water and easy access to rental boats and trips by them. Good car parking with lots of spaces."

"If you enjoy being billed three times in a row for the same stay then this is the place for you. I stayed in October. Nice resort very friendly perfect location. They have billed me THREE TIMES for the same room. These people belong on Wall Street not running a resort."

"Pro’s - accommodations are modern and very nice, marina on site for boaters, close to trolley stop for access to the public beaches and local restaurants & shops. Cons - would not consider this to be a resort though they do charge $20/day to park like many resorts, it is not on the beach, our particular room overlooked gravel parking lot, A/C in one of the bedrooms did not work. Reported it first morning, 2nd morning, 3rd morning asked for operations manager but it was his day off. 3rd evening still no response so they sent up the on-site maintenance personnel who confirmed it was not working. 4th morning will send A/C contractor. By 7th day never saw AC contractor, A/C never fixed, they did provide $100/day discount. No reason AC can’t be fixed in 24 hours or replaced in 1-2 days. Would not return. Many options on the island."
