"Dr. Patel and his ENTIRE STAFF is AMAZING!! I don't know why people are bashing one of their employees, you have to remember that you can't please everyone! I have seen them and how they treat other customers while I've waited & I have NEVER seen any of them be anythi but kind and respectful! They're personable and remember the people that come here. I've personally seen people be rude, nasty & disgusting and they just tell them ok have a nice day and sorry we can't help you. Considering the things that they all have to deal with I think they've done a dam good job. I'm so thankful that I found them and won't go anywhere else! And I just want them to know how grateful and appreciative I am to them!"

Malayah on the other hand was very rude when I came in last week and as someone stated before she doesn’t have any customer service skills what so ever. So she must only be nice to her friends and family that come in there, cause was rude to us."
