Weinan Hotel

"Honestly this hotel doesn't deserve not even one star its cockroach infested, the rooms are nothing at all what they show in the pictures the rooms are horrible the flooring also its not even named Weinan Hotel anymore its called the Leon Hotel there is no housekeeping they don't give you clean sheets what ever sheets and bathroom curtain you had when you first reserved that's what you have till you leave you are responsible for washing your own sheets and providing your own sheets the pool has been out of service since forever they advertise a gaming room and they don't even have that the price is $400 a week and if your late one day its a $100 charge on top of the $400 and if you pay in cash they charge you a $20 fee for paying with cash and they don't accept debit or credit either. The house keeping that you do see cleaning the rooms that people leave from are the only times you see them cleaning and its the same people who live on the premises. They had one worker that would go into the rooms without permission as he pleased and no repercussion's at all. It happened to me and others as well. they have also teamed up with a towing company that all they do is terrorize the guests and take there vehicles as they please just for having one to two day expired plates its ridiculous. Don't think about asking for a refund even if you just reserved and changed your mind once you see the rooms because they will not refund you at all."

"Horrible place, It’s infested with cockroaches, All our belongings caught them, they were INSIDE the PlayStation too, they were all over the room, in the wall outlets, under and behind the bed. Housekeeping comes ones a week or every 2 weeks to “wash” your towels or bedsheets, They don’t have any ice machine, or vending machine, They charge you cleaning fee even if you clean the room. The walls are moldy, the fridge stinks and there’s always people screaming (a lot of kids around with no supervision as well). This “hotel” it’s not worth $1100 a month (Should be less, $700 Max) also, they shouldn’t charge any cleaning fee having cockroaches everywhere (they charge for every small detail even if that was already there when you moved) We cleaned and disinfect everything and they still charged us more than $100 from the deposit, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, If you do is not gonna be the whole amount. This places is Horrible and disgusting… DON’T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP, EAT AND LIVE WITH COCKROACHES."

"Perfect price, space, and overall experience. Just checked out after staying for 3 weeks between leases. We were allowed to tour the room before renting. The room had two ample queen beds and the pillows are The fluffiest. Maintenance works hard every day; they always keep the bins outside empty and come to the rooms on time to clean and provide supplies. All the staff is friendly and understanding of your situation. The laundry facilities are also extremely convenient. There was a room two doors down whose tenants left two days into our stay and maintenance began cleaning it out as a team because they had left piles of garbage, which led to a roach infestation. The staff immediately hired pest control and made sure to check every room around that one so they could come in and treat them. I didn't get a chance to take pictures, but bad reviews are usually from messy guests. Beware of those! This place helped me when I had nowhere, in so many ways. I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation, or looking for a clean an affordable room for an extended period of time."

"This is the worst place. After paying and getting my key I went to my room opened the door and found it is a cockroach infested hotel. Nasty nasty nasty. When I went back I was given a room by the office opened the door room 101 and found fridge in dresser and more cockroaches. I went back to office and this rude person was arguing about refunding my money. I absolutly refused to leave until I got my refund which was 500.00. 200.00 deposit and 300.00 for room rental. I finally got my refund except 75.00 to look at 2 cockroach infested rooms. I slept in my car during my trip after this. Very unclean nasty place and the people that are saying its nice are related somehow. BEWARE"

"The staff is so great and friendly. The rates are unbeatable and the rooms are clean. No bugs, no funny smells. They have a regular cleaning routine that is mandatory which is great. It's comfortable and the rooms are big. I'm staying here awhile. The best hotel I've been at in years for this price. Keep up the great work :)"
