Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

"The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. First room given to us there was no bathroom door. The only other room they had available was a smoking room. I know it would smell like smoke but it was way worse than I thought. Also we woke up to roaches on ceiling and some walls. The lady at front was helpful with checkout. Luckily we were only staying one night but now we have to rehash everything we brought."

"This place could Really use a makeover and through cleaning. No blankets on the bed. Some type of smoking device left above the door in the bathroom. Definitely do not recommend for long term stay."

"I had a very long day today because a family emergency abrupted which forced me to go home back to Mississippi. Long story short, I reserved a rental car and could not get it due to having no credit card or being a Florida resident (which I had no idea of). I had hoped to leave today but I had to stay another day to figure out what I can do from here. Importantly, I decided to choose this hotel and I did not regret it. Due to believing I was going home in the rental, I bought all of my mountain of belongings on my person's. But luckily with the help of Maryann, she helped bring my stuff to the hotel and even kept an eye on my belongings due to no carts being available (I had to leave my belongings on the side of the office). Then fortunately, a cart became available and she even put my belongings in the cart so about time I came back to the office it was already loaded. That is one of the best hotel customer service I have ever gotten before. Kudos to hiring her, and not to mention she is the sweetest!"

"If you like loud hookers and drug deals literally right outside your door - this is the place. It's nonstop. Business is booming here at the 6. The kids will love it! Loud music and parties in the rooms and parking lot all night long will keep you up. Roach motel doesn't even begin to cover it. But, the roaches might do a better job of cleaning the filthy rooms. Roaches are everywhere. Yes, even on the beds. Keep your bags sealed so you don't take them home. Oh! If you paid for 2 weeks or one day - a maid will beat like the police on your door every morning. They don't have towels or sheets for you - they just rudely beat on the door until you get up and answer. I was told this is how they "get people out". They don't have towels at the office either. No clean towels after check in and no clean sheets. The maids don't take the trash so don't bother setting it outside the door. It's your job - not theirs. Management will let you know * But, I saw maids going into rooms unannounced when the guest was away. More than once. No cleaning supplies or knocking. I don't know why they are in people's rooms but, I kept my valuables with me after I saw this. The office staff are unhelpful. Rude and mean. Don't ask them for anything. They won't help but, will talk down to you and roll their eyes. There are homeless camps all around the property and people at the pool told me they squat the rooms and don't pay. This hotel is the worst hotel experience of my life. There are so many better and safer choices for hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Comfort or holiday inn."

"Bugs in the room. Housekeeping would not take the trash out or supply t.p. or towels if a person stays more than one night. I had to take my dirty towels to the office to get clean ones. Overall, the premises are dirty, sidewalks are stained, and room doors are warped, allowing bugs access. They also lack weather stripping. When I checked into my room and tried to take a shower in the handicapped bathroom, the attached hose to the shower head sprayed water on me. I was told that they would fix it the following day, but they didn't, so I had to move into a room that only had ONE mattress. I will NEVER stay in a Motel 6 again, as the facilities they have added are old and poorly maintained."
