"Self-checkout is not self-checkout anymore I don't know what the point of having self checkout is anymore if an employee stands there and scans your stuff for you at the machine. The past couple of times I've been there I've gone up to one of the self checkout machines and an employee would come up and start scanning the items for me, another time an employee just stood behind me and watched me. I understand lost prevention, but as someone who is autistic and has serious social anxiety it made me really uncomfortable when every time I shop there I intend on not having to interact with anyone, especially at a SELF-CHECKOUT. I understand the employees are just trying to do their job but I think this is a stupid policy made by higher ups"

"Five Below Is Awesome If Your Going Inside To Shop Yourself, But If Your Doing An Online Order For Pick Up , Most Of Your Items Will Be Out Of Stock & It Says That Pickup Is Same Day But I Always Get My Order Within 2 Days But Most Be Canceled. They Gave Me A $10 Discount Code I Went Into The Store To Use It, Coupon Wasnt Working, Workers Never Seen A Five Below Coupon Before, They Had To Call Their Manager, Which Had Me Sitting At The Register For 10 Minutes Until She Arrived. She Had To Put A Code In Just For My Coupon To Work, I Have $5 Left On My Coupon & Dont Even Want To Use It Because Ill Need Manager Assistants."
