"The staff treated us like criminals because we brought in an energy drink that we bought at another oasis pool. They were like Nazis just looking for someone to yell at. Almost stalker like. I do not recommend!"
"It's a nice resort. We stayed in a spacious home with a heated pool. The resort has a lazy river which is heated. A gym, movie theater, game room, water slide, plus sheddle service. Oh yes, plus a restaurant/bar. They also have activities for everyone to enjoy. Such as Bingo and karaoke."
"The Oasis is a beautiful addition to the Champions Gate community. We had the prime rib special on Saturday nights which was great. The have an 18 percent gratuity added to your bill so tipping was made simple and easy. The gym is clean and well used. The pools were well kept and water temperature was decent. I was very surprised by the lack of a playground for our grandkids. It definitely is in need of space for the little ones besides the pool. Staff was pleasant and helpful throughout and were attentive to our needs. The lack of a play ground was our only complaint. I would highly recommend something being added for families with small children."
"Five stars--the hostess was awesome she had a kind spirit and was very knowledgeable about her workplace of your business. She deserves five stars and a bonus raise for the year 2024. Remember God is watching so treat everyone with the same respect it goes a long way I promise you it does. He chose me for such a time as this, so be blessed in the Lord."
