"The guy that works the front desk is rude and unwelcoming. But the rooms are decent. The Continental breakfast isn't all that great either."

"There's roaches in the rooms, smells like cigarettes, bedsheets are stained, carpet is filthy, showers are disgusting, staff is useless, continental breakfast doesnt even have coffee let alone anything to eat other than bread and cereal(no milk)."

"So far, this is the best choice hotel that I've stayed in the Orland/Kissimmee area!! Very Clean and friendly!! Very helpful if any issue were to arise. It lil more than other hotels in the area, but I feel it's worth the lil bit more!! Update: I would also like to add that the afternoon desk bell hop is very rude. I over slept my last stay due to the hot water being COMPLETELY out. Front desk said it'd wouldn't be long. I waited until 4 a.m. and it still wasn't fixed. So I slept a lil late and the man come down there hollering. Saying I should have been out. Sorry guy I am a DIAMOND MEMBER I get a 2 hr late checkout, so actually, u kicked me out early. Then, as he was all up in my space in my room, he found some clothes that were left in the room and tried to force me to take someone else's dirty clothes. Why would I leave my own clothes? Pushed them at me Saying, oh we check the room. Well guess u didn't that day buddy cuz they aren't mine. Truthfully, I felt very disrespected, and other people had to me he was that way. Now I saw it for myself. Probably why they are so empty all the time. The owner should be aware of how his employees treat people who spend their hard earned money to stay there. He's a creep and thinks his job is REAL important. Bro u r a bell hop at a hotel. Calm tf down some. No one cares that u work at a hotel."

"Upon arrival, the lobby is tiny and dark. We got there around 9pm. I wish it was lit better. The guy who checked us in was nice. Our room had a smell to it that, at that point, you'd have to rebuild to remove. They give you fresh towels by request every 3 days to save on water (which is fine) BUT our shower leaked....so not sure how they save on water. Everything was clean and just a place to sleep. Bring your own soap and drinking water. The toilet roll holder fell off but, without request, they fixed it which was nice. If you like firm pillows, bring your own. If you get the king with pullout bed, make sure to get the sheets from the front desk. Breakfast was lacking fruit. They did have a picture of apples. They laid out hostess donuts (strange). The did have waffles but no protein source. I didn't expect it though. Like I said, a place to lay my head. It was very quiet, but I'd rather not do it again. If you can spend a little more, do it. If not, it's a place to rest your head at least. Also, the top lock was missing. So we put a chair in front...oh and the shower curtain was missing the liner?? I'm sure the owners are doing what they can. You know...living the American dream!"

"Company book room through Corporate acct. The room smelled stale. It was a double bed, and the one I wanted to sleep in had dirty sheets. I always thoroughly inspect motel beds for bedbugs before I make myself at home. The bed I wanted to sleep in had food crumbs, body hair, and stains on the sheets. The other bed was clean. No bedbugs!! I did, however, find a cockroach on the ceiling. It was the only one I saw. The shower was hot. However, the towels were old and used, but clean enough. In the morning, when I went down for checkout and breakfast, the lobby reeked of pot. The breakfast they offer was nonexistent. I wouldn't even bother trying to eat anything. I don't expect to use this motel again. Personally, I don't recommend it, but maybe my standards are too high."
