Serena Inn Extended Stay in Kissimmee 9400 U.S. 192, Clermont, FL 34714

"Family friendly. Rooms are ok. Ours was very humid and made the beds feel sticky and wet. Not comfortable to sleep in."

"Good location but where they have the extended stay, well some people are not really sanitary about their living space and they attract roaches and when they leave, the management will clean up and spray for the roaches, but the roaches then just run to other rooms, I understand that they do their best to take care of things but a weekly check up on the way people are living in there would help alot to prevent this problem. Other than that it's pretty peaceful and they have a nice clean pool, that is in a great location so the water is really warm it's really enjoyable. For 1400 for 28 days, I really can't complain."

"I wouldn't listen to these bots saying the stay was great. This hotel is a trap. Its dirty, there was mold in parts of the room, they didn't want to replace toilet paper often, rooms are dated and crimes popping. Not to mention the noisy bar next door and the nosey occupants who have stayed there for an indefinite period. If you do something wrong, best believe you will be ousted for it by them."

"Had to live here for 3 months recently and I seen a lot of bad reviews but I didn't experience much negativity except they did increase the price right before I left and half way thru my stay the hotel manager started to refuse to give out shampoo and soap The employees seemed like genuinely good people but the owners are obviously greedy. They increased the prices of rooms right after they started remodeling the front office which didn't exactly need anything done ... it was already nice. It was obvious why they increased their prices.... so they could afford to remodel . Met a lot of good and interesting people while staying here and will always have a fond place in my heart for the Serena. Rooms are nice, the location is great, and as stated before the employees were good hearted and helpful."
