"Terrible mobile home park. Only moved here because they're the cheapest I could find, but what a mistake. Every trailer has a screened in porch, but apparently, you aren't allowed to leave your dog out there during the day and bring them in at night. But the crazy thing is, some people still do it anyways and don't get in trouble because they're buddies with the front office. Same with parking on grass. You're not allowed to do it unless you're buddies with the office. Also the neighbors are very rude and loud. Don't move here."

"Cant wait for Keller Williams to pick builder to build new homes here. Been in area gor 20+ years and have heard for all those years,that they were on the way out. Finally saw some of new plans and ideas for area. Can't wait."

"This place is a joke. The maintenance men are idiots it took two months for them to figure out that my air conditioning needed freon. In the hottest part of the summer July and August. I don't know maybe they just like torturing people. But if u are desperate this is the place for you it's only $615 a month. They generally always have at least one place open if you're willing to move in without it being cleaned first."
