"I mean it's ok don't get me wrong. However it's not the best place. We needed a place quick before or youngest was born and was all we could find. Do able. Owner is nice an was willing to work with us. But going to have to find someone else to do work bc my contracting buddy said he shouldn't be able to rent the trailer he put us in. And weve told the maintance man already. And their idea of fixing is covering it up and waiting for it to leak again. Oh and he like to deal with men womans words mean diddley to him. And yelled at me that my lease says i can do."

"Clean, affordable, and for a small place and a bad reputation from it's history the place has cleaned up very well and no longer can be called a sketchy place. Seems to no longer house druggies and prostitute's. I recommend and will say the place should be proud they are so clean and no one should consider it as the way it was in the 90's they cleared out the rift raft and now can accommodate children without fear of bad exposure to dangerous people. Good job for the owners."
