"I never had any issue with the customer services, my issue it’s with the store hours!! The internet says one thing but when you get there at the door says something different so please maintain the stores hours correctly! I drove 30 minutes and when i get there it was closed."

"My wife sends me to this location often to pick up things she’s ordered online. Always friendly staff, clean store and my wife is always very pleased with her order. Since she never makes it in (because I always pick up) I will personally recommend this location!"

"Since the pandemic i understand wearing a mask... living in Florida and having a downpour happen while carrying my twins.. I'm sorry but I'm putting the mask until I walk in the store. I put my mask on and the entire time I was being eye balled like I was doing something wrong or I that I was going to steal clothing. As a doctor I don't need that and ill never go back to this place. They just lost my business and everyone who asks about kids clothing from my clinic."

"I was advised by the sales representative to open a credit card and if i do so ,I get a 25% off on the SAME DAY of my purchase ,when I applied for the credit card ,they said it needs to be processed whit-in 7 business day !!!! never received the discount! Never come back to this store!"

"I have never been into a Carter’s store until today. I was actually going to another store in the same plaza, saw they were having a sale and decided “Why not?” The sales lady saw me struggling with items in my arms and my 3 year daughter, came and got my items and put them at the register for me. She was very polite, friendly, and chatty, noticed I didn’t have a have a item to get more of a discount and took the time to find it online for me to get the sale and the discount and scanned a coupon to get me more savings. She went above and beyond when she didn’t have to and that means so much these days. I am from now on a loyal customer and hope to have her again."
