Five Below

"It was a bit chaotic when I went but the employees were doing the best they could considering all those last minute Christmas shoppers. Props to them. During a normal day, it is an interesting shopping trip. They have a bit of everything to spicen up your house n keep you and the kids entertained. The employees are helpful and polite."

"Very unprofessional staff and very unprofessional store ran by kids. I walked in there for an interview one day for a minimum wage job, I have to say it was one of the most disheveled and unorganized places I've ever been asked to do an interview at, I was stepping over boxes and clutter as they walked me to their back office. The manager didn't even know how it was supposed to be there for an interview which means there's absolutely no communication. The manager was super rude and highly inexperienced, I would not recommend working here unless you are a high school child"

"This is not the standard Five Below. It's FILTHY. At 6 pm on a Saturday evening half the lights were shut off. The floors haven't been swept in what looks like seasons. The registers are only self check out bit you can't self checkout, one employee goes machine to machine and still scans your items. While the line builds up. There is no reason to anything being on shells its all just tossed in piles that are maybe similar in items. We left discouraged and ordered a store pickup a few days later. Today I was told no body could grab my pick up because everyone was on break. A pregmamt employee cam back handed me my bag. One bag for 33 items? I questioned but she said some items were out of stock and I'd be refunded. As I was walking out of the store I saw the slinky dog rc that was removed out of stock (a pile of 20 of them) and every item that was marked not in stock by the store staff grabbing my order. I have reordered online what I could for shipping. This store should be checked more often"

"Nice store, kids seem to like this store a lot. Good selection of candy, although most candy is a bit pricey."

"This store has really went downhill. Items were priced over $20, not sure how they are 5 below anymore. Other then certain candy that's about all that is 5 below. They have at least 10 pay stations but only two were open and they rang every item up for you and then took your money. I don't think they quite get the meaning of self checkout. Then again nobody that worked there looked over 18."
