As I entered the store with my family, including my brother-in-law who has Down Syndrome, we were promptly approached by a young woman named Melissa. She not only acknowledged our presence but took the time to listen to our needs and assist us in finding the perfect shoes. Despite the store being busy, Melissa went above and beyond by also helping other customers while ensuring we had everything we needed. But the exceptional service didn't end there. When we proceeded to check out, a young man named Manny, noticed my son-in-law's condition and went the extra mile by providing an additional discount without even mentioning it. It wasn't the discount itself that touched us, but rather the genuine care and compassion he exhibited. This act of kindness truly made a lasting impression on my wife and me. "Greatest experience just now in this store. Highlight of the day and shoe shopping experience was Melissa Deeter!!! She was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to find sneakers to fit my feet, and made my feet happy. Melissa is such a great sales associate...my shoe girlfriend that was super helpful. "Amazing selection/styles and helpful employees but most importantly comfortable shoes. I wear a 13 wide if not I have to get 14 or15. In the past I'd buy a generic brand because shoes never last but sketchers do!! I also like that I can get a shoe I actually want to wear as well as the second pair for %50 off!!! "Great customer service! Took my 20 month old. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes with 2 new pairs of shoes. The manager was so sweet & patient. She found the right size in a few different styles while I chased him, then I held him up and she put them on his feet. Amazing amd stress-free which is almost unheard of when shopping for anything with a toddler."
