"First, I would like to say the rooms are very nice. I was very satisfied with everything until this morning when I was approached by a staff member while getting my breakfast and was Asked if I was staying at your hotel and what room I was I'm. What makes matters worse the Manager had a lady that was running breakfast ask me because he wasn't bold enough to ask me himself. As a platinum member I felt degraded and humiliated by how all of this was handled. I hope in the future the manager rethinks the way he handles a situation like this. Maybe himself come up and ask me how my stay is going or ask if everything is going okay with my stay? I'm not placing a review in hopes of a phone call or a email just in hopes that training will take place in situations such as this."

"This is a nicely maintained hotel. The lobby was bright and spacious with an excellent array of breakfast options. Initially my room door would not lock and a nice woman immediately came to fix it. They ended up putting me in another room close by so I didn’t have trouble moving all my stuff. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got an excellent night of sleep. The room was very spacious and clean. I would recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful rooms! But God forbid if you come early and try to get an early check-in, it's not going to happen. From 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. this is what the parking lot looks like. Miss Sherry working the front desk, definitely needs to be put somewhere else instead of the front desk. Definitely disappointed for such a nice property."
