"Noisy - was given room next to SR 40. Couldnt close curtains so very bright inside room at night. Hot water took 5 minutes to heat up and another five minutes to stop looking rusty. bugs in room. few outlets. checked out early and asked for receipt, owner would not provide. wont be back"

"I was reading thru the reviews and it made me feel like I needed to write one. Tonight will be the 4th time we have stayed here. We travel alot. Granted the place is a little run down and the remodeling has been done poorly, this place is quiet, and in my opinion comfortable. You don't have to worry about bed bugs or roaches. Our sheets have been clean and soft. The towels are rough but do the job. We have tried many of the other motels and this is by far the best one if you're not looking to spend a lot of money. The staff/owners are great and very attentive. We stay for weeks and or months here . I guess we are just happy not to have to worry about our vehicles being robbed, getting approached by homeless or tweekers, being able to sleep because it's quiet, and mostly not dealing with roaches or bedbugs, which almost all the other cheap hotels have. We will stay here again and again!"

"First review I’ve ever written in my life, Booked for two nights, got there late the first night and room was disgusting, dirty sheets, whole room was run down. Had no option but to stay the first night and asked the owner the next morning if I could have my refund for the second night due to conditions, they said they’d have to see because I booked through a 3rd party app (I paid at the counter the previous evening). Called oyo directly and was told I could get a refund but I needed to speak with property owner again, which he was very avoidant each time on the phone, and starting to think I’m just getting brushed off. Owner was extremely nice both encounters in person, but not very pleased with the customer service from OYO, or his mannerism on the phone. Id like my money back please and thank you."

"I don’t like to post bad reviews but this one has to be noted and hopefully spare someone of of the disgust. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking room but as soon as we opened the door it wreaked of marijuana bad!!! Room was very dirty with dust on lights and some no light bulbs or just didn’t work. Used piece of soap in shower along with previous tenants hair. No hangers to hang clothes on the rack. Poor repair jobs and bathroom ceiling looks like it a about to fall. Sheets and blankets are nasty. Either they don’t know how to launder bedding, it’s 40 yrs old or just don’t wash them. They were notified that we would be arriving late. When we arrived at 12:30 am no one on office. Pushed button a ton of times and finally found a phone number to call. No outlets by bed to charge phones. Only 2 outlets in bedroom. One behind fridge and other one in corner by window. If you want soft clean towels this is not your place. They are thin very rough and only got 2. No floor towel or mat when you get out of shower. Shower overflows onto floor. Soap…. Well they offer a tiny rough thing that is supposed to be soap but couldn’t get anything off it unless you rub it for a few minutes with hot water. Useless. Bring your own hand soap. If you want a clean room, don’t come here. If you want a quiet nights sleep, don’t come here. If you prefer nasty dirty places to sleep. This is your place. Pictures don’t show how bad it really is. After reading other bad reviews that were months ago, I see this place is NOT trying to improve their rooms. Towels are still like sand paper and thin and rooms are just as bad. Please stop telling people that you are improving this place when it’s clear that your not. I will not give this place another chance. Proof is in the reviews from others. It’s a shame that this place only cares about the money they are making off vacationers that have no idea what they are getting into. They also have a horrible deposit policy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We need to help people stop being taking advantage of and close this place down or make them fix it up. Disgusting!!! Housekeeping never comes to clean room or change out towels or sheets. Housekeeping never entered our room or our other families room. We got clean towels from another family member. Unacceptable!!!"
