"I purchased a game for my classroom. Once I got it unboxed and of course through the receipt away I realized that the game was missing pieces. I went back to the store for help and they would not do anything for me because I did not have the receipt. I could have pulled the exact product off the shelf to show it was from their store! It’s frustrating that they couldn’t figure out a way to help fix the problem. Next time I’ll check the product prior to throwing away the receipt if I decide to spend my money there again."

"I like the renovations to the store and the self checkout out registers, but as most greedy corporations do, the prices are beginning to be a joke. There are barely any items in this store that are below 5.00. Majority are 5.00 and up. There's 35.00 items now! it used to be nice to go in and not really have to look at prices because you knew that you were not paying more than 5.00 but now that's not the case. If prices are going up then the quality of the products need to go up."

"There are tons of cool items to see! It seems decently stocked and organized! That's coming from a previous retail employee at a totally different store & company, but it looked well kept. The employee I spoke with on this particular visit was super nice & helpful in helping me find similar things as to what I was looking for but they didn't have. I recommend stopping by & checking it out!"

"They've got a crazy wide assortment of items for unbelievable prices! I can go in here and walk out with items for every member of the family ranging in ages from 2 to 60 and not break the bank! Love this place⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
