Publix Super Market at Sun Plaza Shopping Center

"Used my over the counter card after pre ordering the cold fried chicken boxes. Went to the register by customer service they rang in hot chicken so foodstamps wouldn't cover it, went back & got what the deli was supposed to give me got back & ran the foodstamp card again she said it didn't work but it did she made a mistake then paid for it again on the over the counter card plus the other couple things I had already paid for she rang up again. Walked out without knowing & realized when I got home called up there to deal with it & they put the lady who rang up the order & she frustrated me so much for not knowing anything or doing anything to handle it. Then talked to management & that absolutely did nothing but send me in circles. I do believe when I go back up there they are going to resolve the issue but that lady does not need to be working in customer service at all. Unbelievable."

"I Went to this store today looking to buy toilet paper. I Asked for assistance when this black lady who works there decided to “assist” me by raising her voice and rolling her eyes at me, after I explained that I went down the same aisle twice that she told me they were located. If I was rude to her and she responded that way to me then I wouldn’t feel so bad, but her behavior towards me was unprovoked. I’m speaking specifically about the old black lady with the braids and who wears glasses."

"This is a good supermarket. They have a lot of stuff that you can't find at other stores. Their cakes are delicious and the deli has good food. My favorite was the strawberry cake but for some reason they don't sell it by the slice anymore. They are a little pricey but sometimes they have some really good sales."
