"Not certain that I will be back. My experience went like this. My daughter and I went in to buy shoes for work, got there no one greeted us at first, then a woman approached us so we chatted about shoes that we wanted to try on. I bought two pair of shoes, one for me and one for my daughter. I listened to the lady and went up a size in the shoe which I had to bring back because they were too big. The lady knew it was our first time because she created us an account there and not one mention of a no return policy, just a paper in my box. I called and spoke with a guy to clarify when my daughter went to return the shoes and came back with a voucher. The guy on the phone cut me off any time I questioned the policy and was extremely rude. He even said there were signs all over the store. I went back to use my voucher and of course there were no signs “everywhere” like he said on the phone, only one behind the register which isn’t really visible. Went back several times to find the right pair, was put on a waiting list but got no call for shoes, so I sent my daughter back to get herself another pair of shoes. Any time I went the website it does not match what the store has in stock. If you want a different color there is a $10 charge to order them for you or you can get placed on a waiting list in hopes that they will come in and you get a phone call. Maybe when people are checking out or you’re talking about sizes, you could use that time to let them know that you will not return their money back but instead give them a voucher if the shoe does not work for them."

"Beware that there is no return policy, just exchanges. I wish I knew that before I went in, that part is my fault. However, the customer service I’ve received on 3 different occasions left me sad when I was trying to support a small business. I went in on Saturday late afternoon and felt like I was unwanted as I was asking about the certificate I had won during a raffle, it seemed like a burden and I was given wrong information about the certificate. On top of that I was purchasing another pair of shoes and still felt like a burden. One of the employees asked the other employee a question that I had originally asked and they let out a big sigh like I wasn’t there. I spoke to another employee on the phone twice because of the misinformation I was given about the certificate. I will probably give my certificate to someone else as it didn’t specify what it was for and now it just seems like I’m a burden on top of still buying shoes."

"The minute I walked it my family and I was greeted at the door. They asked if we needed help and were very helpful. They explained the demo paddle program renting the paddles to try them out. What very large section of shoes/sneakers and they was on point with the knowledge. Very clean and organized. My aunt purchased a pair of Sneakers and made sure it was the right fit for her. Best part also was the indoor pickleball court. You can go online create an account and reserve time for pickle ball.Great sport to play with friends at this location. Highly recommend"

"After dealing with a knee injury for several months, I came in hopeful to find better shoes to wear daily at my standing desk. Debby helped me find the right shoes for my needs and while walking around to test them, I noticed my knee pain was gone! She also recommended a new pair of flip-flops (because hey, we're in Florida) and my feet and legs are on the mend. I'm so grateful Run With It has such courteous and helpful folks!
