"Man oh man, this is Pensacola's best kept secret, right here! **STAFF HAS RECENTLY CHANGED** and I couldn't be more happy about it! 6, 7months ago it didn't matter what day of the week I stopped by or called checking for vacancy, the office lady would adamantly tell me that there was NO ROOMS available. I always had a sneaking suspicion it was a lie, but couldn't figure out why she wouldn't want to rent to me! Anyway, did some traveling for approx. 8mos and am back, decided to stop in just to see if MAYBE there was an open room, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that there is a new and improved office lady in town! And she confirmed what I'd always suspected, the old office lady WAS picking and choosing HARDCORE who got a room here... But even better news, there was vacancy! Some people bawk at the weekly rate ($342) but to be frank, it's cheaper than EVERY OTHER motel in this city and has the BEST QUALITY in EVERY area, hands down. And honestly, there's no way l could afford, say, even a one bedroom house or apartment. There's first and last months rent and or deposit, credit checks, background checks. They're usually unfurnished. I have no furniture. Then comes all the utilities, deposits, monthly bills.. I certainly wouldn't be able to afford cable or WiFi, which I have here.. so ok, I pay $342/wk, but I'm paying for convenience! EVERYTHING is included and no huge deposit required! weekly payment is such a breeze. SERIOUSLY,I could go on and on and on. There isn't a single negative thing to say about the location, staff, rooms, area, or community. Its a gem, period!"

"I Can't give an honest review as of yet... I've been trying to get a room here for months really but more recently was told they have availability but that they had to do some work in them. I've been calling and going down there almost every day for about 3 weeks now and still am told they aren't ready yet. 8 was told I would receiveva call when ready so I'm hoping to be over here soon abd then I can give an honest review on the place as an actual patron rather than an avid hopeful guest."

"This place is a gift and I'm so happy we got a room here! There is an actual small kitchen and living/ dining room area with a small sofa along with the bedroom. There is even a closet, huge dresser and small kitchen table! The front desk staff is really nice. The enforce a lot of rules but that's what makes this such a pleasant place to stay."
