"WOW is all i can say. Stayed in the penthouse 19th floor, i didnt even know condos like this even existed in pensacola. Just stunning, i mean i live 15 minutes away in town, but geez this is like something out of a major country or city."

"What an incredible place. I happened upon this resort and booked blindly. All I wanted was a place on the beach. Well, gorgeous hotel, beautifully and tastefully decorated, large rooms and all the amenities. The beach was white fine sand and PRIVATE! The water was a stunning blue and safe to swim in. This place surpassed our expectations! Just removed enough from the hustle and bustle but easy to access!"

"Cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed in 303B. The pictures listed online match exactly what you see when you walk in. The place was beautiful, every single person was so nice. Getting to the beach was easy, the showers on the little bridge to the beach were perfect for rinsing off afterwards. The pool was clean, and the perfect temp. The hot tub was nice and toasty. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had on vacation. All of the restaurants are in walking distance, and if you forget anything, there’s a gas station so close that’s open late for almost anything you could need/want. Yes this place is pricey, but it’s absolutely worth it to have essentially an apartment with washer/dryer, dishwasher, living room, and balconies. Great for a family to really spread out, relax, and enjoy a vacation."

"Had a wonderful time here. 2 bedroom outside corner condo in A building was beautiful. It was immaculate. Furniture in great shape and plenty of towels, etc. Comfy bed and pillows. Great views and super location for walking to restaurants, boardwalk, and, of course, the beach. Here in low season so pool and hot tub were pretty empty which was nice since it was warm enough to use them. Office was very helpful when we asked to stay an extra day. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"Can’t speak to the resort, but our group did go in for couples massages. Loves the layout of the spa. It was a nice calming atmosphere. The massages themselves were good. Seemed like an even split between if people really enjoyed them or thought they were just okay, but that seems normal since each masseur is different. I wish the front desk who had given us a run down of the process had mentioned how to turn the steam room and sauna on. I’m not too familiar with them as the facilities I usually go are busy enough where they’re on already, but it took us a few minutes to figure it out. Alternatively, some signage would have sufficient as they have some elsewhere for other things. It would’ve been nice to have some water in the back instead of the waiting part for immediately after the steam room/sauna. The room for the massages seemed like they just shoved in two tables to be able to do couples massages and felt crowded. The plastic spa slippers were also really small for all 8 of us (men and women) and all of us have average sized feet, so some room for improvement there. Price/time/ambiance combined made it mediocre. They didn’t go over the top for how much is cost. Customer service related to some of their policies I wasn’t crazy about especially since us combined with another group were a big chunk of change for the off season and they wouldn’t be flexible or accommodating for a relatively small request."
